Zabrina Hazeltine, CMP, CMM, President
Known for her exceptional organizational, planning and execution skills, Zabrina excelled as a meeting planner for over 20 years before becoming the President for Hamilton Group Meeting Planners. Since taking over as President, Zabrina has diversified HGMP’s client portfolio and continues to expand the company’s global presence. Zabrina’s experience is the cornerstone of HGMP’s success. She remains hands-on in site selection, contract negotiations and meeting planning and is an advocate for the needs of all clients.
Michelle Lee, CMP, Vice President – Meetings & Operations
For over 12 years, Michelle has been a critical member of the Hamilton Group Meeting Planners. She manages a team of meeting planning professionals and maintains HGMP’s best practices through detailed documentation of historical data and industry trends. Michelle is key to implementing new event technology at the Hamilton Group Meeting Planners. She uses a strategic and efficient approach to meeting planning and contract negotiations that has the client’s best interest in mind.
Kristin Perry, CMP, Vice President – Meetings & Sales
With more than 10 years of experience, Kristin handles site selection, contract negotiation, onsite support and everything in between, truly partnering with clients on end-to-end meeting management. Known for being detailed, knowledgeable and having a calm demeanor, our clients rest easy knowing Kristin is behind the scenes pulling off the impossible.

As the founder of Hamilton Group Meeting Planners, Mary recruited stars within the meeting planning industry, quickly earning HGMP a solid reputation with clients and hotels.
